Description

A great and very unique hunt for Mountain Goats in North British Columbia. This area has high mountains, low foothills with many river systems that hold big Billies. Goats are often found in the low lands which makes this ideal for older clients or clients that have physical limitations. Current goat populations in the area are around 600! Tag allocations allow for 3 goat hunters a year. This is a 1:1 fully guided 10 day hunt. Field transportation will be provided by vehicle, ATV, or jet boat. Get ready to experience beautiful scenery along with exceptional hunting on this adventure of a lifetime. The season is long for Mountain Goat in British Columbia, but best dates are late September into early October. Goats have better hair this time of year. Option to bring a non-hunter. Option to add a variety of species for trophy fees.

            Refund Policy:

            Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

            This is a very unique Mountain Goat hunt that is ideal for older hunters and hunters with physical limitations. This hunt will target mature billies in the lowlands and use ATVs, trucks, and jet boats to give hunters opportunities on nice mature animals.


            Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

            Fly in and out of Fort St. John, British Columbia. Hunter will be required to get a hotel before and after the hunt. Transportation from the hotel to your hunting area is included in the hunt price, however if you must make an unscheduled arrival or departure there will be a fee of $200.00 in addition per person.
