Description
A chance to shoot some of the largest bulls in Southern Colorado! This is a 2:1 5 day fully guided archery elk hunt during the rut for some big bulls. Your hunt will be all on private land where the animals see little hunting pressure. 1:1 guided hunt can be arranged for additional cost. Option to add a mule deer (if drawn) pronghorn antelope (if drawn) and a black bear (over the counter tag) to hunt for additional costs.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.
Description
This is a great opportunity to hunt the southern Colorado mountains for big bugling elk. You will hunt during the rut and experience big bulls as they charge in responding to bugles and cow calls. Exclusive hunt on all private land. This is a 5 day hunt with 2 days of travel. Hunter may choose to add mule deer, antelope, and black bear to the hunt. Archery elk hunting is the very reason this outfitter founded his guiding business. You will be fully guided with some of the best in southern Colorado.

Hunter should be prepared for moderate hiking in pursuit of big bulls. The terrain can be rocky and steep. Physically fit individuals will have more shot opportunity. Outfitter can work with hunter and accommodate. If hunter requests or requires an additional packer it will be an additional charge of $300/day.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Final destination city is Denver or Colorado Springs, Colorado. Hunter may choose to rent a vehicle and drive to lodge or can request for additional cost to be picked up and dropped off at nearby airport.

Hunter should be prepared to hunt during the month of September in the Colorado Rockies. Hunter should be prepared with comfortable hiking boots and light to moderate weight hunting clothing. Layering systems recommended.
