If you live in one of these areas that have had a change of heart, and now allow for these straight walled pistol cartridge firearms, we have an answer. The Midwest Mayhem starts out life as a Ruger American Ranch Rifle chambered in 450 Bushmaster. This stout little cartridge pushes a 250 grain bullet with authority. The stock features an ingenious integral bedding block housing the action that features a triple lug 70 degree bolt lift for quick follow up shots. Between the effective recoil pad and efficient muzzle break follow up shots are a breeze. This gun also has a five round rotary magazine. The adjustable trigger is set to a crisp 3 pounds. A Leupold 4.5-14-50 VX3i LRP with a turret cut to match the ammunition is attached via a picatinny rail. With the attached cheek piece you are able to obtain excellent cheek weld, forgiving eye box and natural point of aim. All in you should be able to reach out to 400 yards with this amazing little system.
