Description
This is a 2:1 fully guided 4 day hunt (2 half days and 3 full days) for Aoudad ewes in Texas! Options to upgrade to a 1:1 hunt. Hunter will have access to 3 ranches and 150,000 acres of private land to find Aoudad ewes. High density of Aoudad ewes will provide ample opportunities for hunters. These are free range aoudad so up to 5 miles of moderate hiking is required for this hunt. Expect long days of hiking and glassing.. This can be arranged as a rifle or archery hunt. Options to add a mule deer buck, varmint hunting, and/or javelina for a trophy fee. All meals and lodging included in the hunt price.

Price for a 2:1 hunt. Option for a 1:1 hunt. Licenses and tags not included in the price of the hunt. Hunter is required to buy a 5 day hunting license for this hunt. *SPOTS AVAILABLE IN MARCH OF 2023. SPOTS AVAILABLE IN AUGUST-OCTOBER. AOUDAD RUT TAKES PLACE IN AUGUST.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

All meals and lodging included in the hunt price. Hunter will stay in a clean and comfortable lodge during the hunt. Hot and home-cooked meals will be prepared after a long day of hunting. ATVs and Side x Sides will be used when possible for field transportation. Tags and licenses are not included in the price of the hunt.

Hunter should be prepared for some heavy to moderate hiking for this hunt. The terrain is steep and very rocky. Temperatures can be as warm as 100 degrees during the day. Hunter can expect up to 5 miles per day of hiking.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Hunter can fly into either Midland or El Paso, Texas. Hunter can either rent a car and drive to the ranch or Outfitter will pick up/drop off for an additional cost. Hunter will fly in during the morning and start hunting the evening they fly in. Outfitter will use ATVs and Side X Sides in the field when possible.

Description
Hunter should expect to do some moderate hiking in some very hot weather. Light hunting gear and layering systems recommended. On average hunter will hike 5 miles a day in pursuit of big rams. Temps may reach 100 degrees and so very light hunting clothing is recommended. Terrain can be rocky so comfortable and durable hiking boots a must. Outfitter does provide ATVs and Side x Sides for field transportation where possible.
