Hunt private land and well managed Iowa land located in zone 4. Property features well managed food plots, strategically place stand and box blinds and an abundance of some of the best whitetail hunting offered in Iowa. Client will stay on property in home with outfitter. We're all about giving hunters an awesome experience, with carefully managed food plots, smartly placed stands, and comfortable box blinds that up your chances of a successful hunt. This is a 1:1 hunt and the outfitter only take 2 clients a year leaving lots of opportunity for big Iowa Whitetail. This is a draw tag and will take 4 or more points to draw for archery. This outfitters offers archery, shotgun, and muzzleloader hunts, spanning from October 1st-Jan 10th.

Classification details:

Consistent average of 150-160" deer are seen throughout the hunt and 200+" deer have been harvested. Property enforces a strict minimum score of a 130” deer. Those that fail to meet the minimum score will face a $1000 dollar penalty.

5 Day Hunt. Pricing includes all meals and lodging, transportation to and from the blinds via side by sides. Prefer short, light hike to blinds on actual hunting dates to minimize vehicle pressure. All licensing fees are responsibility of the client.

Refund Policy:

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

Description

Hunt well managed Iowa land located in zone 4. Property features well managed food plots, strategically placed stands and box blinds and an abundance of some of the best whitetail hunting offered in Iowa. Client will stay on property with outfitter with private room/restroom. Hunters will begin their day with breakfast at the lodge before they begin their hunt. Sack lunches will be sent with hunters upon departure. Clients will enjoy a warm, homecooked meal to end each day back at the lodge.

Light hiking to the stands or blinds will require hiking boots in most cases as terrain is fairly flat. Have good cold weather boots at your reach as seasonal snow and cold weather is a possibility during hunting season.

Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

If flying, client should make final destination Omaha, NE where outfitter will meet you for pickup. If driving, plan trip to Clarinda Iowa, final destination address will be provided by outfitter upon booking. All travel from lodge to stands and blinds will be provided by the outfitter via side by side.
