Description

As soon as the hunter arrives at the Hermosillo airport they're met by English speaking guide to help them go through customs. With proper preparation (which is included in the price) Mexican customs are a breeze. This outfitter will work with you ahead of time to get all of the paperwork in order for customs. This is a 5 day fully guided 1:1 hunt. Meals and lodging are included. Lodging varies based on ranch being hunted. Arrangements can be made for hunter to stay in hotel if desired (client provided).

    50% deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to hunt. *SPOTS AVAILALBE EACH WEEK IN DECEMBER. JANUARY WEEK 1 FULL. AVAILABILITY SECOND HALF OF JANUARY INTO FEBRUARY.

    Refund Policy:

    Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

This is a 5 day fully guided 1:1 hunt. Meals and lodging are included. Lodging varies based on ranch being hunted. Arrangements can be made for hunter to stay in hotel if desired (client provided). Hunter will have access to 13 different ranches with over 250,000 acres. Option to add a Coues deer on some of the ranches. Gun permit is included in the hunt cost. Hunters can choose dates from December through February. Hunters will fly in on a Saturday or Sunday and hunt Monday through Friday. The rut is the month of January.

    Hunters wake up at 5:00 AM and enjoy a full breakfast, then spend the rest of the day in the field (minus a little siesta time)!! Your native guide will carry all you need for the day, water, lunch, binoculars, etc. Returning at dusk you'll enjoy a hot shower, a delicious dinner and relax time around the fire pit.

    Hunts will be conducted on a high rack, low physically demanding hunt. Outfitter can accommodate all physical conditions.

    Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

    All transportation to/from airport and around the ranches is included in the price of your hunt. Final flight destination is Hermosillo, Mexico. Outfitter will meet hunter at the airport.

    Description

    Outfitter recommends to bring your spotting scope along with your binoculars. Firearms must have a hard case during transportation and magazine unloaded. Recommended to bring a soft case for transport in the truck. Hunter can bring up to 100 rounds of ammo but they must boxed and not loose. No suppressors are allowed in Mexico. Early mornings can be cooler, but warmer temperatures should be expected during the day. Full gear list to be provided if requested when booked.
