Description
This is a great opportunity to hunt big billys in the Chugash Mountains of Alaska. This is a 1:1 fully guided hunt for 7 days with 2 days of travel. Options to add black bear, brown bear, and moose for a trophy fee. Hunter will stay in a backpacking tent and be expected to hike several miles a day in high elevation in steep and rocky terrain.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

Hunter will hike daily from spike camp. Options for an extra packer and for a non-hunter companion.

Hunter should be prepared for some very heavy hiking in some steep and rocky terrain. High elevation gains in short distances. More physically fit will provide more shot opportunity. Hunter will hike 2-5 miles a day and climb thousands of feet in elevation.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Hunter will need to fly into Cordova, Alaska. A night at a hotel before and afer the hunt will be on the hunters expense. Outfitter will arrange and cover the cost of the charter flight to camp.
