Description

2:1 fully guided hunt allows you to enjoy and relax on your hunt. This is an opportunity hunt for bulls. These guides hunting knowledge spans decades of local hunting experience, not only of the animals they hunt, but also the land they cover. They are offering an exclusive opportunity to you to join them for a beautiful and action packed guided hunt in southwestern Montana. These guided hunts include all necessary field care and recovery of your animal and delivering animals to the local meat processor. This is 6 hunting days. Come in on a Saturday at noon, leave on a Friday at noon. Option to upgrade to a 1:1 hunt for an additional feel. Meals, and lodging included. Airport transportation provided. Option to choose an archery or rifle hunt. Can add a deer to elk hunt. No extra cost, but purely opportunity hunt, often does are shot.

    Refund Policy:

    Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

    Description

    The terrain varies from gentle slopes, to steep mountainsides with drop off and pick up being common. The outfitter's goal is to make it a hunt of a lifetime, with stories you will tell for a lifetime! The family ranch is at 6400' elevation, and hunts range to 9000’ daily. Late September and November temperatures can vary, and snow is likely. Montana can get all four seasons in one day! The two closest airports are, Butte and Bozeman Montana. Your transportation is all-inclusive with your hunting packages. The outfitter will pick you up and bring you right to camp. This is a 2:1 fully guided 6 day hunt. Options to add a mule deer if drawn for no extra cost. Options for a 1:1 hunt for an additional charge.

    After a hard days hunt, come back to our warm cozy cabin. You will enjoy 3 home cooked meals, a comfortable bed, full bathroom, and wifi. Group of 4-6 hunters a week. Share main cabin with own bedrooms. supply bedding,

    Jeeps and hiking. 0-10 miles per day. Rifle is less 2 miles a day. Archery requires more. more physical fit provides better shot opportunity.


    Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

    Final destination city is Bozeman, Montana. Outfitter will pick hunters up from the airport and transport them to camp. Hunter may also choose to drive. Outfitters will provide access to the hunting grounds with 4 wheel drive vehicles. Typical hunts include spot and stalk, hiking, and waiting for animals to come feed in key locations.

    Description

    Depending on if archery or rifle hunt is selected will determine the weather the weather conditions the hunter can expect. September often has cooler mornings and evenings, but can be warm during the day. Rifle season can produce snow and hunter should be prepared for changes in weather. Layering system and durable hiking boots are a must! Full gear list to be provided when booked. To hunt during the archery season, hunters must purchase a $10 bow and arrow license after obtaining a hunting license. A certificate showing the completion of a Bowhunter Education course or a prior year's archery license from any state is required to purchase the bow and arrow license.
